Initial Visit:
After your appointment has been scheduled, an address and history form will be faxed or mailed to you to fill out in advance. Also try to bring (or send) your latest dental x-rays (within the last year preferably) and your latest blood tests (within the last 6 months to 1 year). Call our office if you need to know where to obtain a lab test (often referred to as a "SMAC" or "Chemzyme," and a "CBC") or where to have dental x-rays taken.

The initial appointment at Marin Naturopathic Medicine is scheduled for 1 and 1/2 hours for an average fee of $210 (if less or more time is needed then this charge is prorated), plus any supplements that may be prescribed. During this visit Dr. Williams conducts an extensive history and exam. If there is time a brief treatment is included, and typically the new patient goes home with some kind of treatment "homework" based on the findings. Other laboratory and x-ray tests may be needed after the initial working diagnosis is made during this visit.

Subsequent Visits:
Patient appointments range from one time every 2 weeks to every 2 to 3 months, depending on the individual�s particular needs. The average visit is from 40 minutes to 1 hour, and the charges are based on the length of the appointment time:

10 minutes - $30
20 minutes - $60
30 minutes - $90
40 minutes - $120
50 minutes - $150
60 minutes - $180
70 minutes - $210 (and so forth)

The Special "Sankaran System" Constitutional Homeopathic Appointment:
When Dr. Williams thinks it's time, she will schedule you for a 2-hour appointment to determine your constitutional homeopathic remedy. The charge for this appointment is $650. After this, all homeopathic follow-up appointments (no matter how long they may take) are $100.

The "Sankaran System" refers to the teaching of Dr. Rajan Sankaran of Mumbai, India (www.cchomeopathic.com and click on "vital sensation"). Dr. Williams has spent decades studying homeopathy, and intensively studying this particular system since its inception in 2003. She considers it one of the most  (if not the most) curative treatments known, and an essential foundation to optimal health. Many homeopaths charge $800 to $2000 for this Sankaran analysis, and since there is only one constitutional remedy for each of us, this $650 charge we consider quite commensurate with a treatment that will literally last a lifetime.

Missed Appointment Policy:
If we are not notified at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment fee for the time scheduled will be charged to you.
